As a Filipino visual artist, Jensen Moreno is bound to be phenomenal. On foreign land in China, like a delicate and obstinate flower, she is fully blossoming on the road of art. Considered extraordinary, she is the only Filipino artist who has been invited to host art exhibitions in China by some private art galleries. Her talent is also approbated by international awards. For her, dull life is like tasteless salt, and extraordinary is what she really pursues.
As a mother, she devoted all her love to her kids. Love becomes core of her life. In one of her recent paintings named “Ave Maria,” she got inspiration from the Virgin Mary, while in Germany last year. The Virgin Mary’s love is universal love, just like Mother Teresa of India, who had no child, but treated everyone like her own family. Love is the source of her enormous energy, and because of that, she is considered phenomenal.
Love provides unlimited power for Jensen Moreno. Inspired by such unlimited power, she expresses her admiration and yearning for life in the world of art, through her pallet knife. She created the portraits of Philippine National hero Dr. Jose Rizal, Italian artist Leonardo da Vinci, Austrian composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Dutch Baroque painter Rembrandt Harmenszoon van Rijn, Vincent Van Gogh, as well as personalities she met in the art activities she participated in, such as Erlinda Basilio, former Philippine ambassador to China, Paul Andy Gomez, former Ambassador of Bahamas, Ms. Guo Lina, President of Beijing Culture Industry Chamber of Commerce, Ms. Lu Ye, Italian Culture Ambassador and soprano singer, Evangeline Pascual, 1973 Miss World runner up, etc. Those creation led to the way of life she longs for, the extraordinary.
